BE GOOD DO GOOD
Junior Toastmasters is a club where students can become members to develop their public speaking, communication and leadership skills. Once they become members, they meet once a week and present either extemporaneous or prepared speeches. The members are also given other responsibilities like evaluating the speech, checking grammar, providing overall feedback, etc.
Every week one member of the club is assigned to organize the meeting. The assigned member is responsible to send out the meeting’s agenda, introduce a theme, and assign responsibilities to other members.
The students get practical experience and thus develop public speaking as well as leadership skills.
